Sausages

All of our sausages are made by hand on site in Wokingham every week.

We made the decision to avoid using any ingredients that contain gluten or dairy from the outset, and yet still produce a sausage packed with flavour, freshly ground spices and free range pork.

our sausages are encased with natural skins, allowing the product to cook in a traditional and more flavourful way.

- Pork and marmite (rich and satisfying)

- Pork, local honey and wholegrain mustard (sweet heat)

- Merguez style (moroccan spiced lamb and beef grilling chipolata)
