We aim to source only local, free range meat from single source British farms, typically within 40 miles of the shop, though often as close by as 4 miles.

Stefan’s meat has fantastic flavour, owing to the heritage of our suppliers. The journey from field to plate is sustainable and environmentally aware.

We support British Farmers, selecting their well bred produce for the shop, ensuring your money is spent on piece of mind, depth of taste and quality.
