Our skilled butchers have decades of experience and will prepare your meat anyway you like it.

So, if you like leaner pork chops, larger sirloin steaks or butterflied and marinated legs of lamb, just ask for it.

Customers can see our produce hanging in the fridge and are more than welcome to make a selection and have an item prepared in front of them on the block.

And if you don’t know what onglet, secreto or picanha are, we will show where these unusual cuts come from and guide you how to cook them.

Filling our shop larder shelves are pates, rillettes, local free range eggs, local honey, our own seasoning ‘Meat Rub’



Brewed by Pete at Sherfield Village Brewery, our own recipes are bottle conditioned (proper beer)
Brew: rich, dark, meaty (stews, casseroles, hearty drinking)
Best: our version of an IPA, modern hop flavours (session beer)
Amber: fruity, malty and unusual flavour profile (our favourite!)

Meat Rub

A homemade seasoning mix blended to bring out the full flavour of all grilled meats.

Rub onto streaks, chops, ribs or anything you like to grill.


Pâtés & Rillettes

We offer a variety of pâtés, rillettes and other potted meats.

Chicken Liver Pâté, Pork Pâté, Rabbit and Prune Pâté, Duck Rillettes & Pork Rillettes to name a few.


Duck Fat

For perfect roast potatoes try our duck fat.
