Sausages handmade on site

All of our sausages are made by hand on site in Wokingham every week.

We made the decision to avoid using any ingredients that contain gluten or dairy from the outset, but produce a sausage packed with flavour, freshly ground spices and free range pork.

Our sausages are encased with natural skins, allowing the product to cook in a traditional and more flavourful way.

Tuscan (Florentine herbs of fennel, chilli & garlic)

Merguez style (Moroccan spiced lamb and beef grilling chipolata)

Suggestions

We love finding new flavour combinations for our sausages, so we run a monthly poll to determine which flavours are made and suggestions are welcome.

Stefan’s proudly supports the Stroke Association and donate 5p from every 1lb of sausages sold to their worthy cause. As of 2018 we have raised over £1500.
